How can responsible food consumption help to develop cities and sustainable lifestyles?
On 26 and 27 October, a total of 70 experts, representing the entire value chain, will present three challenges that will foster responsible food consumption: the promotion of a healthy and sustainable diet amongst the population; the efficient use of water in the Spanish agricultural sector; and both the minimisation of food waste and the improvement of waste management in Barcelona. All of these will be discussed from the perspective of eco-innovation (business) and social innovation.
